Hunter Valley Hospitality Consulting was established in 2021 with a concept to tailor training packages specialising in in-house staff training suited to the staff, the venue, and the budget.
It is a dream that has turned into reality for Lydia McNaughton, a passionate Hunter Valley local. With 20 years’ experience in the industry, Lydia started her own hospitality journey as a 17-year-old trainee, moving into varying roles such as Wedding Co-Ordinator, Food and Beverage Operations Manager, and most recently, Restaurant Manager at the 2 Chef’s Hatted, Muse Restaurant in the Hunter Valley. With her many years of training and the vast knowledge and passion that she gained from working her way from a trainee to Restaurant Manager, Lydia’s core focus is to impart that passion into her establishments, and help to build strong and dynamic front of house teams.
